My Shadow has a nice start. I got to work on it on the plane to and from San Francisco.

It's done in Euroflax and a merino wool SuperSock yarn. Actually looks pretty good and only had to rip out a few rows when I lost count of the ridges.
Not really thrilled with the Euroflax because it is stiffer than the merino but it drapes well. Up to 80 stitches (8 sets). Plan to go till the Euroflax runs out and then start the second skein.



Wow, brenbug, those colors are beautiful together. I'm hoping that the Euroflax gets a lot softer with the washing and drying - but I'm glad to hear that the drape is good in any case.

At first, I was wondering how you changed the colors on the photo, and then I realized you are another participant! It looks great! The Euroflax will soften up each time it is washed.
