I didn't manage to keep quiet about the stitchmarkers, which was supposed to be confirmation of a correct guess for my Knitty SP4 downstream SP, becmclaughlin. I did manage to keep my mouth shut hands off the keyboard for the wire knitting that I accomplished, though. The design is from Lucy Neatby. I think they turned out really well, though a bit large (they are very light, though). Becky, I hope you wear earrings / have pierced ears - if not, they are easily modified to necklace / charm-type doodads.

I can't believe I forgot to mention these in my belated thank-you note! That's what I get for trying to form coherent thoughts at the end of the day. They are absolutely AMAZING! I do wear pierced earrings and these will make their debut at the Boston Knit Out. You really were the best pal EVER!

Wow, those leaves are awesome--and quite realistic! They remind me of the real gilded leaf I bought for a friend while traveling through South Dakota. I'm very impressed! :) *I tried to include a link, but the spam police wouldn't let me . . . *pouts* Google for Aspen leaf jewelry if you want to see how amazingly close to the real thing your knitting looks!

Very nice wire leaf earrings! I have a similar jewelry works, but instead of leafs - 2 cute red flowers. I ordered them personally from craft master in NYC last summer. I know it's very big job to make them, but the result is incredible.
